At KraftPanda, we carefully curate, pack, and dispatch each product with attention and care. As a small, home-run brand, we currently follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
Please read the details below before placing an order.
No Returns & No Refunds

All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than transit damage (as outlined below).
Damaged Items During Transit
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged due to transit, a refund will be issued only if all the conditions below are met:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

You must share a clear, continuous unboxing video

The video must start from the sealed outer packaging

The entire unboxing process must be shown without cuts, edits, or pauses

Clear visibility of the damaged product in the video is required

Order number must be shared

Photos, edited videos, screenshots, or partial videos will not be accepted

Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
Once verified, an appropriate resolution (refund) will be processed if the claim is found valid.
What Is Not Considered Damage

Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences

Slight texture or finish variations, especially in handcrafted or hand-finished decor items

Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery
These are not eligible for refund.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to:

Weather conditions

Operational delays

Strikes
-
Natural calamities

Other unforeseen circumstances
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are outside our control.
